Our 320-Hour Lash License Program is an intensive 8-week hybrid training designed for future lash artists who want to become licensed, confident, and fully prepared to start a successful career in the beauty industry. This program combines online learning with in-person hands-on training, giving students the flexibility of self-paced education while still receiving real, guided experience in the classroom.
Throughout the course, students will complete the required 320 hours of state-approved training, covering lash theory, safety and sanitation, client consultations, lash application techniques, styling, business fundamentals, and more. Our hybrid format allows you to complete a portion of your education online, while attending scheduled in-person sessions to practice skills, work on live models, and receive one-on-one coaching.
This program is perfect for beginners with no experience, as well as beauty professionals who want to expand their services and become licensed.

Hi, I’m Kristen — a lash extension artist of 8 years, educator, and the founder behind this lash training program. What started as a simple decision to learn eyelash extensions completely changed my life. Lash extensions gave me the freedom, confidence, and fulfillment I had always been searching for, and now my passion is helping other women create that same life for themselves.
Over the past 8 years, I’ve worked with thousands of clients, mastered advanced lash techniques, and built a successful career in the beauty industry. But the most rewarding part of my journey has been stepping into education and teaching other women how to turn lash extensions into a real career, not just a hobby.
I created this program because I know what it feels like to want more — more freedom, more income, more confidence, and more control over your future. My goal is to make learning lash extensions simple, supportive, and life-changing, even if you have no experience at all.
